This tool will help you assess your organization's level of maturity in demonstrating several practices associated with successful digital transformation. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire. This self-assessment is adapted from The Digital Transformation Playbook: Rethink Your Business for the Digital Age by David L. Rogers.

You can use this diagnostic tool to focus your leadership attention and efforts as you guide your own organization into the future. Please note that once completed, your results are presented immediately and although it is not as comprehensive of the Digital Maturity Assessment Results Report provided during the Accelerating Digital Leadership Program, this Spotlight Report will show your responses against all other respondents that have completed the self-assessment.
